What If This “F” Word Is Shaping Your Vision?

As you step into 2026, what possibilities light up your imagination, 🌟 excite your soul, and maybe even… stir up a bit of fear?

Let’s be honest — starting something new often means embracing a bit of fear and trembling.
Here’s the thing about fear: it’s normal. And it doesn’t have to hold you back.

And although “fear” is an “F” word, it’s not the scariest “F” word…

What’s the scariest “F” word of them all?

FAILURE.

If you’re going to make important lifestyle changes and take brave action this year — failure is going to show up.

Personally, I’ve faced my share of stumbling failures in life and health. Yet, as painful as it feels, I’ve come to see failure as a teacher — a guardrail from God, gently nudging me back to clarity and onto the right path.

Here’s the secret: failure isn’t the enemy.
Failure is often the fastest teacher. It’s not something to fear — every stumble brings wisdom, growth, and alignment with the authentically healthy person God is shaping you to be.

So, let’s start this year by getting clear.
What do you truly want for yourself — and why does it matter?

Clarity doesn’t mean having it all figured out right now.
It’s simply “knowing / seeing” the direction you want to go and trusting that God will unfold the details as you move forward.

That’s it.

And this brings me to the most powerful, God-designed ability you and I possess… the ability to establish flourishing health and vitality — no matter our starting place.

And it begins with something far more foundational than most of us realize.

VISION.

The fear of failure shrinks us when it consumes our vision.
Conversely, faith strengthens us when truth consumes our vision.

Limiting beliefs paralyze us — but empowering belief keeps us moving.
And flourishing begins there.

Vision is the lens through which we see the future we truly want.

What you fix your eyes on becomes what:

➤  Shapes your thoughts

➤  Orders your values

➤  Directs your daily choices

➤  Forms your identity

Vision → Identity → Behavior

What we hold as our vision:

➤  Tells the brain what to target

➤  Tells the nervous system what to expect

➤  Tells the body what to confidently do

➤  Tells the heart who we believe we are

When fear of failure consumes the vision, the body resists change.
When wholeness consumes the vision, the body begins to cooperate.

This vision doesn’t remove effort —
it removes confusion and sets you free.

Because vision always comes first.

Before habits change.
Before behavior shifts.
Before confidence grows.

What we hold in our mind’s eye shapes who we become.

So, how do you see yourself?

Because the vision you hold is what you are producing — and who you are becoming — day by day.

Is your vision aligned with truth and your deepest core values?

Here’s what I’ve learned: vision doesn’t always look exciting on the surface.
Sometimes it looks like small, faithful, behind-the-scenes decisions that quietly set you free.

It doesn’t announce itself with trumpets or fireworks.
Instead, it’s a God-led, Spirit-supported realignment — listening to that still, small voice whispering, I see you. I hear you.

Listen.

Small steps taken in faith led by vision, over time, deepen confidence and shape identity.

And as a BSN Functional Nurse and Holistic Health Coach, here’s what I’ve learned myself and witnessed in countless women I’ve worked with:

When we consistently dwell in our true identity — with vision-aligned thoughts and behaviors — our health and our lives change dramatically.
Not because everything around us changed, but because our inner world did.

If this resonates with you…

I would genuinely love to connect with you.

I offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery call where we can explore:

  • What you really want
  • The vision you want to hold for your health and life
  • And whether working together feels like the right next step

From there, we can create a customized, sustainable lifestyle habit plan — one that actually works.

This is about showing up for yourself — at any age — and committing to real change.
Ideally, that looks like at least three months, and often six to nine months, of supporting your health at a cellular level.

What I’ve seen — again and again — is this:

  • A highly functioning body that produces lasting energy
  • A mind that experiences consistent joy
  • A heart anchored in life-giving peace

If your heart is stirring and you feel that quiet yes inside…
