Lynda Hébert

Lynda Hébert is a passionate advocate for true foundational health and wellness, driven by a profound personal experience that shaped her life’s mission. She is a seasoned health coach, consultant, and mind-heart-body teacher who has worked with individuals, groups, and businesses. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio State University and extensive experience as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida, she brings a depth of pertinent knowledge of human biology, neuroscience, and expertise to her work/writing.
With a strong background in holistic health coaching, Lynda brings a comprehensive understanding of the mind-heart-body connection to create and sustain real life-giving health — from a Christ-centered perspective. She is committed to educating and equipping others how to utilize natural solutions to harness the power of optimal cellular functioning.
Lynda’s unquenchable passion for true health in mind, body, and spirit was ignited by the devastating downfall of her adored younger brother, Ricky, and beloved big sister, Diane. Witnessing their unfathomable suffering and disempowering lifestyle habits, Lynda immersed herself in intense study, endless research, and extensive personal experience to develop true foundational health from the inside out. Lynda discovered the truth about how powerfully transformative it is to embrace a wellness-oriented lifestyle that integrates physical, mental, and spiritual health.
Lynda poured everything she learned into her signature work: her book Strong, Sane & Sassy. Strong, Sane & Sassy is a culmination of her extensive experience and unyielding passion for empowering others to live truth-oriented, energy-producing lives. Through her writing, she aims to guide women and men alike in developing and maintaining healthy, sustainable lifestyle habits leading to true health and wellness, along with their family, generation after generation.

Lynda embraces each day as a precious gift, savoring every moment to the fullest. Her joy is derived not only from empowering and educating others in true health, but also from the deep love she shares with her cherished family. This includes her devoted husband, three loving children, their extraordinary spouses, and her eight beloved grandchildren.
Beyond the joy of spending time with her clients and her treasured grandchildren, Lynda is often found in nature alongside dear friends and family, skiing the breathtaking slopes of the Rockies during snowy winters, and adventuring to new places of every kind.
Statement of Faith
I believe in one God who exists in three persons: The Father (the all-powerful, all-loving Creator who made us in his image), the Son (Jesus Christ, who suffered and died to give us life and then manifested his divine power via his glorious resurrection), and the Holy Spirit (who indwells all believers and offers guidance, power, and all manner of spiritual gifts we can use to edify others and glorify God).
I believe that the Bible is the inspired and inerrant Word of God, and that its truth equips us to live lives marked by things like purpose, endurance, wisdom, and joy.
I believe that Satan is the enemy of God and his people, that hell is a real place, and that being a Christian doesn’t exempt us from pain and suffering — but that God promises to be with us through it all, bringing us through life’s battles and leading us in triumph as we rely on his strength and provision.
I believe that our salvation comes through grace alone and not through any good works or earthly accomplishments.
I believe that we were created for a purpose and that God has good works prepared for us to do. We are to go and make disciples. We are to tell the next generation about God’s power and the marvelous things he has done. Above all, we are to love one another, holding fast to God’s love and keeping his commands so that our joy will be complete.
